Osage Air · Springdale, AR · Est. 2022
Tell us what your system is doing.
You do not need the right words for the part that failed. Describe what you hear, what you see and when it started, and we will work out the rest on the phone. Send it through the form and someone from the Osage team will call you back.
If the house is uncomfortable right now, calling beats typing. The line is open 24 hours, seven days a week, and evenings, weekends and holidays carry an after-hours rate that we state before anyone drives out. The frequently asked questions explain how we handle that rate, how warranties work and how we decide with you whether to repair or replace.
Four things that help us sort it out fast
None of these are required. Any one of them shortens the conversation.
- What you hear.
- A hum with no start, a clicking, a rattle or a squeal each point at a different part. Say it the way you would say it to a neighbor.
- What you smell or see.
- Ice on the lines, water around the indoor unit, a burning smell when the furnace first kicks on, a pilot or ignition that will not catch.
- When it started.
- After a storm, after a filter change, after the thermostat reset itself, or slowly over a few weeks. The timing narrows the list.
- What still works.
- Does the fan run? Does the thermostat screen light up? Does air come out warm, cool or not at all? That tells us which half of the system to look at first.
Thinking ahead instead of reacting? The club membership puts a spring AC tune-up and a fall furnace tune-up on the calendar, and new installations get a free estimate.
