Osage Air · Springdale, AR · Est. 2022

Heating, air and plumbing for Northwest Arkansas, from a crew that fixes what is actually broken.

Lacee and Jake started Osage to restore trust in the trades. We diagnose before we quote, give you options instead of a sales pitch, and answer the phone around the clock.

One warm-air call, start to finish

Three companies, three different diagnoses. Then Wyatt found the real one.

This is Jesse Davis's call, told from his own Google review. It is the job we would like every customer to have.

The call

An air conditioner running, and no cold air

Jesse had already called several HVAC companies. Each one named a different problem it was sure would fix the system, and each one came with a price to match.

Same day

Find the actual fault, then fix it

Osage came out the same day, explained what was wrong in a way that made sense, and repaired it quickly at a fair price. Nothing was replaced that was not broken.

The next day

A loose wire, fixed at no charge

The next day a wire shook loose in the condenser. Jesse called back, and the crew came out and fixed it for free. His words: Wyatt was great.

“We will never make that decision for you.”

That is the first answer in our FAQ, and it is how every repair-or-replace conversation goes. We put the age of your system next to the cost of the fix. An 8-year-old unit with a $200 repair is an easy call. Once a repair passes about 10% of the cost of a new, more efficient system, it is worth weighing options. The choice stays yours.

Osage is locally owned and has been since the first truck went out in 2022. Military and senior discounts are standing offers, not specials.

We will never make that decision for you. We help you see the money side: the age of the system against the cost to fix and keep it running. An 8-year-old system with a $200 fix is an easy call to repair. A 13-year-old system with a $1,000 fix is worth weighing. Once a repair passes about 10% of the cost of a new, more efficient system, it is time to look at options. Only you can make that call.

No. We are not a high-pressure sales company. Our job is to get you a comfortable, healthy home or business. We may mention indoor air quality if we see pets or dust, but we will never push something you do not want.

Yes. We lay out the options and you choose. Warranties range from 30 days to 2 years on service work and up to 12 years on parts and labor for replacements.

Yes, and it causes humidity problems. An oversized system cools the house too fast to pull the moisture out, so it feels cold and damp. We can run a Manual J load calculation to find exactly how much air your home and each room needs.

A minimum of two visits a year, an AC tune-up in spring and a furnace tune-up in fall, priority scheduling, discounts on service and indoor air quality, no trip and diagnostic charge during normal business hours, and money earned toward a replacement. Membership is $219.99.
