Osage Air is a locally and female owned heating, air conditioning and plumbing company in Springdale, Arkansas. Below you will find the whole crew by name, because the person who shows up at your door should not be a stranger.

Our story, our mission
In their own words: we are not just another HVAC and plumbing company, we are your dedicated partners.
Lacee and Jake started Osage in 2022 with a stated aim: restoring trust in the trades. The idea is simple. A homeowner with a dead air conditioner in August should get a straight answer about what is wrong, a fair price for fixing it, and nobody leaning on them to buy more than they need.
The company is built on family values, locally owned excellence and community pride. We are not a high pressure sales service. We lay out your options, compare the age of your system against the cost to fix it, and let you decide. If you ask whether to repair or replace, you will get our honest read and then the choice stays with you.
Customers notice. One wrote that she called Osage because it was local and female owned, and because she loves Lacee’s Facebook posts “telling it like it really is in the HVAC business and owning one.” Another, Kimber Hotchkin, put it this way:

The work has been busy from the start. In July 2023, 5NEWS reported that Springdale HVAC company Osage Air said it was responding to over 100 calls a week for air conditioning system repairs. We still answer the phone at (479) 349-3502, and we are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
